Our cleaning services are intended solely for maintenance and general cleanliness. Southern Touch Services does not offer repair, maintenance, or pest control services. Issues such as structural damage, plumbing problems, mold, or pests should be addressed by licensed professionals in the relevant fields.
High-Risk or Sensitive Items

Clients are responsible for informing Southern Touch Services of any delicate, high-value, or sensitive items that may require special attention or should be avoided during cleaning. We may request a waiver for specific items or areas to avoid any unintentional damage.
Use of Cleaning Products

Liability for Existing Damage

Personal Belongings and Breakable Items

Although our team takes care when cleaning around personal items, we advise clients to store fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items safely during cleaning services. Southern Touch Services is not liable for damage to or loss of personal items left unsecured.

Allergy and Sensitivity Notice

While we use eco-friendly and gentle cleaning products, clients with specific allergies or sensitivities should inform us ahead of time. Southern Touch Services is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur due to undisclosed allergies to certain cleaning agents.
Pets in the Home

For the safety of our staff and your pets, we ask that pets be secured in a separate area during cleaning services. Southern Touch Services is not responsible for pets that are left free to roam the home during service, nor for any reactions pets may have to cleaning products used in the service.
Service Modifications and Scheduling
Changes to Scheduled Service

We ask that clients notify Southern Touch Services at least 24 hours in advance for any changes to scheduled services. Cancellations or significant adjustments with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Access to Property

Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the property at the scheduled time of service. If access is restricted or if the team is unable to enter, Southern Touch Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
